There are several television shows in Ghana which seem inappropriate for our kids to watch. As a parent, one of your key responsibility is to check what your child sees on the screens of television or mobile phone all the time.

Not all contents showed on television are good for them. In today’s article, we will be looking at some televisions shows you child should never watch.

1. Shows With Violence

Exposure to violence on television can desensitize children to real-life violence and aggression. It can also increase their likelihood of engaging in violent behavior. Avoid shows with excessive or gratuitous violence, as well as those that glorify violence as a means of solving problems.

2. Shows with s€xual content

S€xual content can be inappropriate and confusing for young children. It can also promote unhealthy attitudes towards $ex and relationships. Avoid shows with explicit $exual content, as well as those that objectify women or promote $exist.

3. Shows with mature language

4. Shows with adult themes

Some shows deal with mature themes, such as substance abuse, mental illness, and crime. While these topics can be important to discuss with older children, they may be inappropriate for younger children. Avoid shows with graphic or explicit content that may be disturbing or confusing for children.
