Carragher proposes Maguire-Lindelof cooperation at Man Utd better than Varane-Martinez

Jamie Carragher has proposed that Man Utd defenders Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof performed better in the 2019/20 season than Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez has this term.

“Furthermore, clearly, we saw him in the World Cup, Argentinian. He has that battle. I think him and Casemiro coming in… it feels all the more remarkable and more grounded. However, I didn’t figure a center back of that size would have the option to adapt.”

In any case, Carragher engaged in a discussion on Twitter on Monday with some Man Utd fans after guaranteeing that Virgil van Dijk is “obviously better” than Man Utd legend Nemanja Vidic.
